The VLT-Flames Survey of Massive stars is a multi-object high resolution survey of OB stars in our Galaxy and the Magellanic Clouds (Evans et al, 2008, The Messenger, 131, 25). The survey concentrated on fields centred on the regions of NGC6611, NGC4755 and NGC3293 in the Milky Way, N11 and NGC2004 in the LMC, and NGC346 and NGC330 in the SMC. Results have so far included a determination of the dependence of mass-loss on metallicity, and an investigation of the role of rotational mixing in massive star evolution. This paper presents an analysis of the stellar radial velocities and, since the data were obtained at several epochs, an investigation of spectroscopic binaries in these fields. We also discuss the velocity dispersions of the stars, cluster membership, and, for those regions with strong HII emission, we also present the gas velocities.
