The authors outline a multifrequency program to measure the velocity field of the outer Galaxy in the Southern Hemisphere (230° ≤ l ≤ 305°). This paper presents a catalogue of H II regions and reflection nebulae used as a basis for the study. Most of the entries are previously uncatalogued; the emphasis is on small objects likely to be very distant from the sun.
