In this paper, we will systematically explore the different energy dependencies of the variability for low-state black hole candidates. In our recent observations of GRS 1758-258, the photon flux in the energy band of 5 - 10 keV is more variable than that in other two energy bands (2-5 keV and 10-40 keV). This property is not shared by other sources. 1E 1740.7-2942, for example, has the lowest variability in the medium energy band. GX 339-4 has the highest variability in the low energy band. We will show whether this is the unique property for each source using the RXTE archive data. We will also discuss how this property constrains the accretion disk model.
