Ultraviolet fluxes in four wavebands are presented for some bright
galaxies as observed with the sky-survey telescope (S2-68) on board the
ESRO TD-I satellite. The data do not show the pronounced increase in the
far ultraviolet that is characteristic of observations of similar
galaxies made by OAO-2.
