The ultraluminous X-ray source in M82 is, perhaps, the best candidate
intermediate mass black hole. We report on the discovery and
interpretation of a 62 day X-ray periodicity found in 240 days of
monitoring with RXTE and on Chandra and VLA observations taken after
detection of a large X-ray flare.
