The total pulse widths (W0) were measured for 125 pulsars. It is shown that W0 can be a few times greater than W10. Values of W0/W10 decrease when frequency increases. Angles (beta) between magnetic field and rotation axis, relative distances x = (zeta - beta)/theta between the line of sight and the center of the emission cone, and levels of emission generation at different frequencies are calculated on the basis of the W0 values. These parameters are compared with those obtained by using W10. The new data confirm the conclusion on the distinction between a magnetic field and a dipolar field in a number of pulsars.
