We are carrying on a near-IR very low resolution spectroscopic follow-up in
parallel with XMM-Newton observations of a complete sample of ~30 bright
(K'<18.5) Extremely Red Objects (EROs) selected over an area of 360 arcmin^2 of
the MUNICS survey. We here present the preliminary results of the spectroscopic
and X-ray data analysis.
