The expression of the tilt-corrected anisoplanatic variance of laser guide star in adaptive optics is derived from Zernike polynomials. By a criterion of tilt anisoplanatic variance 1 rad2, the expression of tilt isoplanatic angle is derived, which coincides with the derived expression of Parenti and Sasiela. For a turbulence model measured at Kunming and a 0.6 m diameter aperture at a 0.5μm operating wavelength, the tilt anisoplanatic angle is 15.3 μrad, and the isoplanatic angle θ0 is 5μrad. The θtilt is a factor of 2 larger than θ0 under these conditions.
