A PPN equation of motion for the rotating two-body problem is derived.
This equation is then applied to obtain the three components S, T, W of
rotating PPN perturbation for three conditions and the three components
can be integrated. These components are suitable for conspicuous
rotating effects with study of solar system or binary systems.
