A telescope and three photometer/spectrometer systems used to observe
infrared coronal emission at the eclipse of June 30, 1973 from the
supersonic aircraft 'Concorde 001' are described. Measures taken to
avoid problems peculiar to the aircraft are emphasized and the in-flight
performance of the system is reviewed.
