The initial value problem and the stability of iteration in the processing of sites' and retro-reflectors' coordinates by LLR are discussed. There are two reasons to the error of Lambda, the geocentric longitude of sites. One is the error of UT, the other is the error of lunar right ascension, and the later can make sites rotate totally along the longitude, which is caused by the error of adopted lunar ephemerides. Practical iterative calculation show that the sites' coordinated can be converged to about 2 cm, the precision of sigma and Zeta of retro-reflectors can be up to about 10 cm, while that of Lambda be up to several meters, the main reason is the uncertainty of the partial derivative of lunar orbit and lunar libration.
