We report the results of a Swift satellite survey of bright X-ray sources from the ROSAT Bright Source Catalog + 2MASS. As with our previous effort, the primary motivation for the survey is to discover new candidate radio-quiet isolated neutron stars. Of the sources identified by our cross- correlation analysis, we observe 144 with the Swift observatory. We present a listing of improved coordinates and classifications for all targets. In all, we identify 10 isolated compact object candidates, and also report several previously uncataloged galaxy clusters, AGN, and candidate quiescent low-mass X-ray binaries.
