The solution of the knee problem requires simultaneous study of different EAS components. The complex array available at Baksan Neutrino Observatory, which consists of Baksan Underground Scintillation Telescope (BUST) and the shower array "Andyrchi" situated above it allows one to measure characteristics of electron-photon and high-energy (Eμ >220 GeV) muon in the shower from Ne around the knee is shown. The fine structure of EAS spectrum on Ne is analysed with regard to different conditions of selection. Conclusions are made about parameters of the shower array which are necessary for solution of the knee problem.
