The chromospherically-active binary, V711 Tau, was observed at five bands from 1.4 to 15 GHz during flare using VLBI techniques. Data obtained indicate that the chromospheric active binary has an intense radio emission, and its radio luminosity is 10 exp 4 - 10 exp 5 times more intense than burst on the sun. Near the region of optical thickness of about 1, the magnetic intensity is about 10 G, and relativistic electrons are emitted into the magnetic field with the pitch angle of less than 40 deg.
