A new method of analyzing deep galactic surveys is proposed. It is based on the one-dimensional cluster analysis of data sets and the search for breaks in the dependence of the mean distance between the clusters on the neighborhood radius. The analysis of observational data reveals a break of about 30-35 Mpc. The velocity dispersion in the superclusters identified is in the range of 350-450 km/s which is in agreement with the results for nearby superclusters.
