Fragmentation of a collapsing gas cloud ceases when the collapse becomes
adiabatic. Previous estimates of the resulting minimum fragment mass
have ignored the presence of other fragments. It is shown that the
maximum effect of other fragments is to raise the minimum mass by a
factor of order 5.
