The method for the shares computation of the first fragmentation, which formed in protostellar systems, is proposed. The possibility for usage of power mass spectrum of protostellar systems with the mass spectrum exponent ~1 is proved. The calculations performed for numbers of formed protogalaxies in the Galaxy family and protosystems in the Local stellar system are in accordance with the observation data.
