The stage of nonrelativistic superheavy particle dominance in the early universe is predicted within the frame of grand unified theories of elementary particles. The minimal probability of primordial black hole (PBH) formation at this stage is estimated and compared with the astrophysical upper limits on the PBH density. Astrophysical constraints on grand unified theories are obtained.
