The restricted three-body probem with variable masses is examined, assuming that the motions of the primaries are determined by the Gylden-Meshcherski problem and that the change of their masses obeys the unified Meshcherski law. It is shown that, for any set of parameters, all of the libration points in the problem (collinear, triangular, and complanar) are stable with respect to the coordinates introduced by the Meshcherski transformation.
