The radio burst and the spike radiations at 2640 and 2840 MHz on 30 July 1990, which were associated with a two-ribbon flare of importance 2B, are described. Their profiles with second and millisecond time scales and their frequency characters are briefly discussed. Moreover, the related emission bandwidth, the growth rate of the electron cyclotron maser instability, the quasi-oscillations and some physical parameters of the radiation source region are analysed and estimated.
