Published turbulent spectra for different gaseous structures are used to determine the unified spectrum in universal coordinates for structures with sizes between 0.05 and 1000 pc. The universal spectrum can be divided into three intervals with different slopes: viscous (slope greater than 0.3), inertial (slope = about 0.3) and quasi-two-dimensional (slope = about 0.5) intervals. The dissipation of turbulent energy is estimated at 0.0009 sq cm/sec exp 3. An energy scheme for the generation of Galactic scale astrophysical turbulence is proposed.
