The preliminary results of studying the polarization properties of Jupiter's light in molecular absorption bands are given. An increase of polarization degree is observed for the center of Jupiter's disk as well as for the whole disk when alpha = 11.1 deg for almost all absorption bands in the spectral range 0.60-0.75 micron. In the case of positive polarization, when alpha = 5.2 deg, the polarization degree in molecular bands decreases for the whole disk.
