The paper examines the spectral and frequency characteristics of short-wave oblique-sounding signals of different power but of close frequencies transmitted from the same point. Autocorrelation and cross-correlation power functions of the received signals and their spectra are analyzed. The analysis reveals the nature of the effect of high-power oblique radio sounding on the ionospheric plasma.
