The measurement of parameters of radio telescope is very important for improving the telescope performance and analysing data of VLBI and the single dish observation. However, the previous measurement of parameters by hand is not efficient. We make an integrated program based on PC and Windows2000/XP operation system to measure the antenna efficiency automatically, the software make it very convenient to have the measurement and analysis final data. This will make the telescope running in more reliability and precision, and make it more valid for data processing. In this paper, we give a detailed introduction to the software, corresponding theory, and our measurement of antenna efficiency for Urumqi 25m radio telescope.
