The JEM-EUSO is a science mission to investigate the nature and origin of Ultra-High-Energy Cosmic-Rays (UHECRs) with primary energies of >7×1019 eV. The End-to-End simulation generates the Extensive Air Shower (EAS) induced by UHECR, and the air fluorescent and Cherenkov photons produced by charged particles in the EAS are the observable quantities for the JEM-EUSO telescope. The EAS triggering efficiency has been estimated as a function of primary energy. The EAS reconstruction code in the simulation also determines the EAS parameters (arrival direction, Xmax and primary energy) to estimate the performance of JEM-EUSO telescope.
