Taking into account of the none local thermal dynamical equilibrium processes, the X-ray and EUV spectra of Be-like O ions are calculated using the relativistic multi-configuration atomic package FAC. The effects of indirect processes of on the X-ray and EUV spectra of the Be-like O ions are studied. Three models are used to simulate the X-ray and EUV spectra. We find that these indirect processes are important to calculate the X-ray spectra of the Be-like O ions.
