The location and circumstances of the Seoni meteorite fall are reported along with its morphological characteristics. The meteorite has a lenticular or elongated shape and weighs nearly 20 kg. Owing to the presence of tiny chondri, the broken surface exhibits a somewhat mottled appearance with a fine sugar-like texture. The fusion crust covering all the surfaces except the broken one is described. The observed regmaglyptic relief is discussed along with several dark veins on the broken surface.
