We present a model of the spectral energy distribution for substars with disks. This model is based on the observational data and theoretical configurations of physical properties of the protoplanetary disks around the solar-like stars and the stars whose masses are smaller. We consider the case of a plane disk with different sizes of inner hole and without an inner hole. The analysis of the correct selection of the initial conditions is made.
