The authors present results obtained from numerical integrations over 1 M years for orbital evolution in the secular resonance ν6 at 2.05 AU. The resonance cases found show a libration of the secular argument ω~-ω~s about 180° only. Strong variations in eccentricity yield direct earth-crossers from this secular resonance. According to the numerical results, secular resonances should be considered as sources of meteorites as conjectured by Wetherill and Williams.
