Information presented by the second Henry Draper Extension (HDE) in the form of finding charts is converted to the form of a star catalog giving spectral types, photographic magnitudes, precise positions (J2000), and, in many cases, proper motions for 10,639 stars, from HDE 332335 to HDE 342973. Magnitudes of the stars are taken from the Astrographic Catalogue, for which an accuracy of about 0.3 mag was estimated. Positions were derived from identifications of HDE stars in the Astrographic Catalogue with a mean error of about 0.3 arcsec. The proper motions of the stars were found by identifying the HDE stars in the PPM catalog; typical mrs errors of proper motions are smaller than 0.5 arcsec/century.
