The spectra of Delta-2 Lyr, R Lyr, and Alpha Her observed at 6 A/mm dispersion in the 6300-6400 wavelength region are compared with a synthetic spectrum based on the Minnaert formula. The gamma and gamma prime system bands of TiO and the gamma system of ZrO bands are considered. It is found that the atmospheres of these M-type supergiants do not contain any significant scandium excess compared with the sun.
