An analysis has been made of the Northern hemisphere overlap of the SAOC and the AGK3. The systematic differences are analyzed in the classical fashion, and position-independent results are presented along with the star selection criteria used. The results obtained are given in the form of statistically significant expansion coefficients and tables of systematic differences. The apparent magnitude and color index dependences of the systematic differences are also investigated.
