The Maxwellian average neutron capture cross sections of 86Kr, 85Rb and 87Rb have been measured at kT = 25 keV by activation. These data together with recently published neutron capture cross sections of Kr and Sr isotopes allow for a determination of the neutron density of the weak s-process component in the framework of the classical s-process model with two independent fluence distributions. The s-process abundances from this study are compared with the pure s-process krypton discovered in primitive meteorites.
