The line strengths and the A-coefficients for the rotational transitions of the para-H2D+ and ortho-H2D+ molecules are calculated. A possibility of the radio astronomical observations of H2D+ in the λ = 0.85 mm line is discussed. A method, based on H2D+ observations, for estimations of the gas ionization degree in dense interstellar clouds is suggested.
