We have applied modified Newtonian dynamics (MOND) proposed by Milgrom to the polar ring galaxy NGC 4650A. The equatorial and polar rotation curves predicted by MOND for the luminous matter in the disk and polar ring are consistent with the observational data. This is remarkable because, in contrast to the conventional dark halo hypothesis, there is no adjusting parameter in MOND, except for the mass-luminosity ratio of visual components. More accurate kinematic data for the stellar disk of NGC 4650A is necessary to stringently test MOND.
