In order to interpret the 21-cm line profiles in the R greater than R0 region of the Galaxy (where R0 is the distance of the sun from the Galactic center and R is the distance of the point considered from the Galactic center), corrections to the dependence of the neutral hydrogen density on spatial coordinates are introduced to account for the hydrogen-layer bending. The improved rotation curve shows an increase in the linear velocity up to a distance R = 1.7 R0 from the Galactic center; the increase is smaller, however, than without the above-mentioned corrections.
