Data from the bistatic radiolocation experiments performed by the Venera-10 over the Venus surface are reported. The surface characterization was performed with a resolution of 5-20 km, and five different regions are described. The 32 cm radio waves were emitted by the Venera 10 and received by earth stations. Four of the regions examined were in the southern hemisphere, with dimensions of 250 x 900 km and 200 x 1200 km, while the northern hemisphere survey concerned a 200 x 1500 km area. The data were processed to obtain the roughness parameter, the average long-scale slopes, and the local slopes. Changes in the relief height did not surpass 300 m at distances of 10 km, while the roughness parameter changed over a distance of 0.4-0.8 deg in the plains. Changes in the roughness occurred over a distance of 0.8-2.4 deg in hilly regions.
