Observational data, synchronous with high time resolution at 1.42 GHz,
2.84 GHz and 4.0 GHz from Feb. 1987 to Dec. 1989 are summarized. The
occurrence rate, durations of the radio spikes and the statistical
relationships corresponding to radio bursts, optical flares and X-ray
bursts are introduced.
