Particular solutions are obtained for the translational-rotational motion of two rigid bodies having an arbitrary dynamic structure. The existence of 36 particular solutions, corresponding to 'arrow', 'spoke', and 'float' stationary motions, is revealed. The necessary and sufficient conditions of the stability of these motions are studied using the Liapunov function, which is taken as the Hamiltonian of the perturbed motion.
