The seven 22-meter antennas of the Australia Telescope (six at Narrabri
and one at Coonabarabran, NSW) have been equipped with a range of
low-noise microwave receivers. The system requirements, design concepts
and construction techniques of the overall receiver system are discussed
and some early performance date indicated.
