Previous micrometric data on the binary Kpr 75 are examined to obtain revised orbital elements. Kpr 75 is actually a member of an association that includes a subdwarf, a low luminosity star and a spectroscopic binary. The Kpr system has at least one flare star with a mass of 0.7-0.9 solar mass, i.e., a red dwarf. The relative radial velocity of the pair is close to 19 km/sec with a period of 1.717 yr.
