RATAN-600 observations at a wavelength of 3.9 cm show that the distribution of emission sources in the nuclear part of Sgr A West differs markedly from a spherically symmetric configuration. The ellipse has an axial ratio of 2.9 and is tilted away from the galactic plane by 23 deg. In addition, observations of neutral hydrogen indicate that the entire central part of the galactic plane within a 1.5-kpc radius is also warped by 23 deg. Possible interpretations of these results are discussed.
