A comparison of the angular velocities of molecular clouds in the solar vicinity reveal additional local reference system motion with a velocity of 6 km/s toward the anticenter of the Galaxy. Consideration is given to molecular clouds observed in the 1665 and 1667 MHz hydroxyl lines. Pure circular cloud motion and circular motion combined with radial motion are analyzed.
