Pulses that compose GRBs appear to have light curves that are scalable between energy bands. This Pulse Scale Conjecture is consistent with pulses being dilated by incrementally relativistic Lorentz boosts. The general truth of the Pulse Scale Conjecture is verified for five of the six brightest single pulse GRBs. Some popular physical models of GRB progenitors appear to predict pulses that should not undergo dilation over the entire pulse from a single coherent scale factor. Classes of models that do uphold the Pulse-Scale Conjecture are discussed.
