In the report the main directions of development and perfecting of Russian launch vehicle system are submitted. Problems, connected with perfecting of an infrastructure of rocket-carriers complexes, including space ports and their basic elements, are considered. Alongside with conventional directions of perfecting and development of launch vehicles nontraditional variants of orbit-to-orbit space means on the basis of transport-power modules are offered as well.
