Statistical analysis of the X-ray properties of 247 quasars in the 0.5-4.5 keV band observed from the Einstein Satellite was performed. A weak correlation between optical radiation and X-ray radiation was found. Radio emission with frequencies higher than 2.5 GHz correlated strongly with X-ray radiation, implying that the emitting regions in these optical, high-frequency radio, and X-ray bands are close to one another in order and that their emitting mechanisms are similar. For type I Seyfert galaxies, a strong correlation is found between the equivalent widths of the H-beta and forbidden O III emission lines and the X-ray luminosity. This correlation is proposed as a new X-ray luminosity indicator for type I Seyfert galaxies. Neither the U-B nor the B-V color index correlates with X-ray radiation, but U-B correlates weakly with B-V.
