The integral optical and radio luminosity functions of individual galaxy
clusters are examined. A relationship is found between the luminosity
function parameters and the physical characteristics of the clusters.
The dependence of the luminosity function break positions of clusters on
corresponding redshifts is considered as a dynamic evolution effect.
