The distribution of point IR sources in the direction of the star formation region 1 Mon (NGC 2264) and 2 Mon (associated with Rosette emission nebula) of the Monoceros constellation is presented. It is shown that the luminosities of point IR sources increase with distances from the Rosette center. The correlation between the IR-sources luminosity and temperature of dust is determined. The integrated far-IR and visible bands radiation characteristics of Rosette nebula are compared with those of the Markarian galaxies.
