A hadronic cosmogony is discussed, which incorporates fundamental quantum mechanical parameters, that is, the normalized Planck constant and the proton mass, besides the classical parameters G and c. It is noted that the use of a generalized Regg-like dependence to describe the relationship between mass and angular momentum for objects from asteroids to superclusters offers the possibility that Ambartsumian's superdense protomatter has hadronic nature. Attention is given to the origin of cosmic angular momenta and cosmic magnetic fields, and to the evolution of superdense matter.
