The post-Newtonian effect of the rotation of two bodies on the secular variation of the orbital elements in PPN is obtained by solving Lagrange perturbation equations via the average value method. The theory is applied to the calculation for the post-Newtonian effect of the rotation of two components on the secular variations of longitude of periastron and mean anomaly. The results show that the post-Newtonian effect caused by the two rapid rotating massive components in not negligible.
